My name is  Parul Lutz . I was born in India, near the world-famous Taj Mahal in Agra. About 30 years ago, my path led me to Germany, where I was able to further deepen my passion for health, well-being, and holistic therapy.

Since my youth, I have been fascinated by massage and natural healing methods. I have completed numerous training courses and further education programs in both India and Germany. Today, I am a certified  Ayurvedic therapist, wellness massage therapist, trigger point therapist, chiropractor, Dorn therapist, and fascia therapist  , among other qualifications . I am also qualified in the fields  of cosmetics and medical foot care  .

As a  burnout and stress prevention consultant,  I support you in recognizing stress early, rediscovering your inner balance, and gaining new strength for everyday life. With empathy and my many years of experience, I accompany you on your path to greater serenity, joy of life, and emotional well-being.

For me, body, mind, and nutrition are inextricably linked. That’s why I also completed training as a  nutritional consultant  . A balanced diet is, in my opinion, a crucial building block for health, vitality, and long-term well-being.
